Contacting the clinic
The appointment form uses your name, contact number, preferred date and time, and optional message to prepare a request in your browser. Preparing the request does not send it to the clinic or save it in the website’s review database.
Opening a prepared WhatsApp, Gmail or email link passes the request details to that service. You must send the message there for the clinic to receive it. If you choose Copy, the details are copied to your device’s clipboard. The clinic uses messages you send to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking. Please do not include sensitive medical information in website forms.
Sharing a review
Sharing a review is optional. The review form does not require a patient account, email address, Google or ChatGPT sign-in, or a verification code. We store your star rating, optional display name and comment, submission date, display-consent version, and the record of the clinic’s review-management decisions.
To limit spam and duplicate submissions, we store coded security references derived from your network address or, if already signed in, your account reference, together with coded submission references. The review database does not store your raw network address. These security references are not displayed with reviews; hosting providers may separately process connection information as described below.
By selecting the display-consent checkbox, you agree that your rating, chosen display name, comment and date may be published on the clinic website after the clinic checks your submission. A blank display name appears as “Anonymous”; this does not remove the security information described above. Displayed reviews are intended for public viewing and may be copied or indexed by others. Please avoid medical details, contact details and information about other people.
Owner-only review management
The clinic owner signs in to manage reviews. The hosting service may supply a signed-in visitor’s account reference and email address so the website can check access permissions. Only the configured clinic owner can use the review-management controls. These sign-in details are not displayed with reviews, and patients do not need to create an account for the review form.
Website services, cookies and overseas processing
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and review storage. The embedded map connects to Google when it loads, even if you do not request directions. These providers, and any messaging or sign-in service you use, may process connection information such as your IP address and browser details and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. The website’s own code does not add advertising or analytics scripts.
These services operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Sri Lanka. Their privacy policies explain their data handling, retention and available choices. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some cookies may affect maps or sign-in features.

Retention, questions and removal requests
Review records, including their security and moderation references, currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Hiding or rejecting a review prevents its display but does not erase the stored record. Appointment messages are retained separately in the clinic’s messaging or email services, not in the review database; contact the clinic for details about those messages.

Please provide enough detail to locate your message or review without sending unnecessary medical information. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. Removing content from this website does not remove copies already saved by other people or search engines.
